Scaffolding for advertising panels around the monument "1300 years Bulgaria" in NDK garden. Obviously nobody wants to take responsibility this unloved "artpiece" to be renovated or demolished.

"green" facade
Obviously the rehabilitation works are not very fast. The "green" facade is on "Graf Ignatiev" street.
